岗位职责:
1. All production operations must in line with work instruction requirement so as to ensure production order is finished on time with high quality & efficienc.所有操作必须符合技术作业要求，确保生产订单准时高效完成。
2. Ensure 5S management apply to production site.确保5S的管理应用于生产现场。
3. Operator must Strictly comply with local EHS & local regulation &policy requirement.操作员必须严格遵守当地EHS的规章制度及相关政策的要求。
4. Ensure operating the equipment safely and professionally.确保设备的操作安全和专业。
5. Other works arranged by leaders. 其它上司安排的各项工作。

任职资格:
1. Technical Secondary or High School education or above. 中专或高中以上学历
2. One year experience of manufacturing industry. 至少一年以上的相关生产制造业操作经验
3. Good term work spirit and communication skill. 良好的团队精神及沟通技巧
4. Have the spirit of hard work. 具有艰苦作业精神。
5. Abide by the Employee Handbook and related company discipline. 遵守公司员工手册和公司纪律。
