主要职责
1. 根据西卡***流程，收集销售需求，将客户需求转化为可满足的产品需求，例如根据客户需求开发或改进产品，并在公司内部启动改性环氧和聚氨酯砂浆树脂地坪开发与维护流程，并主导树脂与水泥砂浆复合材料的贸易产品。
2. 完成产品的施工性能和应用测试，例如：与研发进行产品性能评估；在项目上完成产品和体系测试等。
3. 编制和更新产品说明书、施工方案、产品手册等技术资料。
4. 按产品标准，在检测机构或单位对产品进行检测和认证。
5. 协助销售部门进行客户维护及产品宣传相关工作。
6参与展会，协会以及行业标准活动；支持销售对设计院、业主等进行研讨会活动等。

1. 5. Assist the sales department in customer maintenance and product promotion related work.
6 Participate in exhibitions, associations, and industry standard activities; Support sales to conduct seminars and activities for design institutes, property owners, etc.
7 Product training to sales and finish new product field test.

1Bachelor's degree or above, having experience in industrial flooring is priority.
