Ownership of E-Mobility BD accounts (ESS makers)
？ Customer mapping
？ Identify business opportunities
？ Define and execute strategy for customer access creation
？ KPI1: New projects start rate – Project is considered to start when customer is starting validation process
？ KPI2: New Booked Sales as support during project execution phase
Responsible to constantly scan the Market and identify future trends/needs
？ Future customer value chain
？ Future battery cell technology
？ Propose adjustment of the organization to fit customer needs and identify new products requirements to anticipate technology shift(s)

Hard qualification
Better for working experiences in automotive industry/EV, e.g. VW, BMW Daimler & Tesla, SAIC…
+5y working experiences, and team management
Preferred in strong technical background in EV, e.g TCA & TIM
A minimum of 5 years of working experience, commercial related is preferred.
Capability of quick learning and working independently, could work under high pressure and complex situation.
